The shipping charge shown by PayPal at checkout is the amount applied to your order. If anything appears incorrect, please contact us before completing payment.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within TODO(owner): dispatch time in business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.

Estimated delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs inspections, severe weather and carrier delays may affect the arrival date after a parcel has left us.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be added to the PayPal transaction and sent to the email address used at checkout.

Shipping address

Orders are sent to the shipping address supplied during PayPal checkout. Please check it carefully before paying and contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Import duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
